P&O will process up to 2 MRNs at the port, but any more should be included in an enveloppe logistique. The new requirement, starting from 00:01 on 19 January 2021, states that people arriving in the Netherlands from UK or Ireland must provide proof that they have tested negative for coronavirus following a rapid test directly before departure.
