If you have not used our services before, there are a couple of steps we need to take you through before we can provide services to you or your organisation.
- Register for Motis Account - If your company doesn't have one, please register here
If you intend to use our import services, you will need to have completed and returned our Import Terms and Conditions form
If you intend to use our GB Export and / or Transit services, you will need to have completed and returned our Export / Transit Terms and conditions form
If you intend to use our Irish services, you will need to have completed and returned our Indemnity representation form and Irish Revenue (TAN) Authorisation form
Please return all completed GB forms to clearance@motisfreeflow.com- Please return all completed IRL forms to customs@motisfreeflow.com
