To avoid any doubts we reconfirm that P&O Freight routes are fully operational and will continue until any further notice.  However, certain alterations have been put in place.  Please visit the links for specific route information.

In order to help protect employees and drivers we need to reduce paperwork from the port processes, and kindly request that customers supply DGNs in digital format whenever possible, and all other paperwork travels with the unit and not in the ships bag.

Covid-19: important information

Eurotunnel shuttle services continue to operate as normal. 

Their cleaning operations have been increased and transport equipment is regularly disinfected. Automatic hand sanitisers are also available on all Club Cars.

They will also reduce access to shuttles at certain times to limit the number of drivers in minibuses and Club Cars to respect recommended personal safe space.

Folkestone – There are currently no delays pre check-in with a normal transit time and up to 6 departures per hour.

Calais –  There is currently a 4 hour delay pre check-in with a 2.30hour transit time and up to 5 departures per hour.

Important update regarding to Karlskrona-Gdynia route

Given the current situation and conditions, please be advised that we will be implementing the following changes in relation to your freight bookings on our route on Karlskrona-Gdynia:

• Used unaccompanied vehicles expect for trailers will not be transported

• New trade vehicles only will be transported. Cars with alcohol interlocks must be provided with an extra mouthpiece sealed up in a plastic bag

Furthermore, the following actions will be carried out in the port of Gdynia:

• All freight drivers arriving to Gdynia are subject to body temperature measurement

• In general all freight drivers are allowed to pass the Polish border without undergoing the obligatory 14-day quarantine, but in some cases the Polish Border Guard may decide to send a driver to undergo the quarantine in accordance with the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate’s decision.

Scandlines has decided to close our Onboardshops on all ferries and on both our routes. It will still be possible to buy a light meal and something to eat and drink.

CHANGES IN OPERATIONS:
 
Tallinn-Stockholm traffic has been suspended from Sunday 15 March and all departures are cancelled until further notice. Read more details from press release

Tallinn-Helsinki route vessel Silja Europa has been suspended from Tuesday, 17 March and all departures are cancelled until further notice. Read more details from press release
Tallink Grupp will temporarily suspend the operation of three of its hotels in Tallinn and Riga from Wednesday 18 March. Read more details from press release
Currently Turku-Stockholm routes are operated according to normal schedule.
Helsinki-Tallinn route's Shuttle traffic with Star & Megastar:

Megastar will continue to operate on the Tallinn-Helsinki route according its usual schedule

Star departed from Helsinki to Tallinn 18.3.2020 according to schedule at 7.30am. All the following Star departures are cancelled until further notice.

Irish Ferries are continuing to monitor a rapidly evolving situation in relation to COVID-19, and we recognise that there is increasing uncertainty and anxiety around travel plans for our customers at the present time.  For those customers who wish or need to travel, all our schedules are currently operating as planned.

From Monday 16.03 Fjord Line will offer departures from Hirtshals to Kristiansand and Stavanger.Daily departures to Kristiansand and two roundtrips to Stavanger pr week.

At the moment all Alpine Tunnels are open as normal - Mont Blanc & Frejus Tunnels.

No waiting times at the border thanks to the Rolling Highway.

Updated 14/04/2020 - RAlpin have limited the amount of drivers that will travel on each train.

They have limited the number to 8 drivers traveling on each departure to accommodate and separate drivers in their own cabins.

The Øresund Bridge continues to be open for freight traffic, all trips from Denmark to Sweden, and with stricter entry rules from Sweden to Denmark. People who wish to travel to Denmark can expect to be rejected at the Danish border, if they do not have a valid reason, such as living or working in Denmark, or delivering goods to Denmark. Please ensure to send us all documentation via email or as an attachment on our C-Web platform, as we need to stop the physical handover of documents with immediate effect.
