Following the new Dutch government requirements for rapid Covid-19 tests directly before departure, a test area has been established at the Terminal in Hull port to enable freight drivers to be tested before they are due to depart.
Free tests have been secured for all freight drivers until 31 January 2021. The cost of the test will be £29 thereafter.
We would like to remind all freight drivers who wish to use this service to arrive at the Hull Terminal test centre (P&O Ferries Terminal 1, Hull Port, Postcode: HU9 5PS) at least 1h and 30 mins before departure in order to minimise the risk of missing the sailing.
Note: The test can take up to an hour from start to finish.
In light of the new UK government requirements, we would like to advise you that freight drivers are exempt from any Covid-19 tests when travelling back from Europoort to Hull.
