National Highways are about to start resurfacing and barrier replacement works along the A20 in Dover,
Resurfacing works will be on the A20 eastbound carriageway from junction with A256 York Street to Eastern Docks roundabout, including some westbound carriageway.
The barrier replacement works will be from Western Heights roundabout to Eastern Docks roundabout.
To undertake these works safely there will be overnight carriageway closures with a lane two closure in place on the opposite carriageway between the hours of 8pm to 6am.

From Monday 16 September to 1 November there be lane two closures on both carriageways of the A20 from Western Heights roundabout to Eastern Docks roundabout, between the hours of 8pm to 6am.
Closures information
A20 eastbound from A256 York Street to Eastern Docks roundabout:
- Monday 2 September for four nights
- Monday 9 September for seven nights
A20 westbound from Eastern Docks roundabout to the junction with A256 York Street:
- Friday 6 September for one night
A20 westbound from Eastern Docks roundabout to the junction with A256 York Street, including A2 Jubilee Way from Duke of York roundabout.
- Saturday 7 September for two nights
Barrier works information

Diversion routes
A20 eastbound diversions:
Traffic will be diverted via the A256 York Street, A256 High Street, A256 London Road, A256 Whitfield Hill, A2 and A2 Jubilee Way.
A20 westbound diversions:
Will the follow the eastbound diversion in reverse.
